Accepting obstacles and jumping overt hem

Dear all

we have crossed a year of operations after we took over this company. Each of you have transformed tremendously and are bringing in a lot of value to your contribution for the growth of this organisation. we have also achieved our dream of joining hands with an international organisation which will assure us of continued projects on a larger scale and therefore the survival and success of our dreams. But there is a long way to go to be what we Dared to be...to conquer greater heights. I am sure that all of you will be there with this company.

Remember that every project worth doing comes with its own problems and obstacles. Our natural tendency is to fight against these problems and issues.

Some come with DEADLINES and TIGHT SCHEDULES..."This has to be done within two days". OR some have strict strategies ..."You must produce it to work seamlessly in IE7. It must work with the current operating system". And again some of the clients need the same for special target audience..." It has to be sold by local retailers and people who cannot read the Help File".

I do know that you need to be able to get all of it done and still be home for family, friends and some fun time. I know there are too many regulations that are not even sensible..."You shouldn't leave paper on the table. This has to work NOW. The upload should happen yesterday!!! . It must look good in different colors and in all resolutions..."

When we look at obstacles positively and fight them, it becomes an easy task to eliminate them. And the important thing is that when we overcome each problem we always gain the additional strength of new insights, new productivity and new solutions. It also gives you the extra edge and power to be the best in whatever you do and it opens up a new skill set for you when you are recognised as a person who is an inspiration for people who have not had the opportunity to come across those obstacles and problems.

Its the best way to get more productive and positive results when you happily accept each of the issues that you come across. Look at Applexus. Look at Feathers. remember Veda and Vivoteq and Salaams. Each of them are filled with problems that you solved. Use them as assets, as an opportunity to be the one who solved the problem.

Once you can enjoy and succeed as a person in an environment filled with tough problems, imagine how much easier it will be for you to do well when you get a project where these problems and issues are lighter.

We have worked with the worst softwares, outdated machines and a growing up team to achieve all this. We have worked within the tightest budgets. Even the most famous companies and people learned their craft making products and solutions with no budget at all.

Thankyou for being part of this team. Lets build a better tomorrow.
