Go on...Dare to put your signature on your work.

Only a few have the courage to OWN their work and their actions. 

Only a rare few have the satisfaction that they have done their work to the best possible.

They know and believe that what they have done has been checked and tested and rechecked and focused on the requirement. They have owned a project, or their work, or their actions and stand for it with responsibly.

"THATS MY WORK" is a mark of ownership and assurance that you are satisfied and that you take responsibility.

If thats how you keep doing your work, dont stop.

I am not saying that you will not make mistakes, but you will surely have the essence of getting better.

This is the BEST way to improve your  quality and responsiveness?
If you can't sign for your work, just don't send it out from your desk.


Hmmm, It's easy to say, but it's hard to do. 
I know many people who take the easy way out.
They like to sit at the back-bench so that they can avoid signing anything.
