It started off as a client satisfaction analysis. We are in the process of creating our new website and some of the staff have been given the responsibility of collecting testimonials. We also wanted to ask ourselves as to what we can add to our service to ensure "customer delight".
The topic ventured to amazing levels. We have crossed to our 4th year and we may have sat back and felt we had seen it all. But we understand that the world we serve has so many others to choose from. The competition is heavy. The industry is evolving and transforming itself using new developments, software skills and platforms over and over with an alarming speed.
And so we asked ourselves, "Have we changed? have we evolved?"
We ask ourselves if its time to create ourselves as version 2 with renewed capabilities and ideas.So we have taken up the task of evolving ourselves individually. Each person will "Go the extra Mile" in whatever he does. He will be extraordinary. And we shall find ways to better what we have done.
