Why do we pay 14 year tax on a car we use for only 5 years?

Why do lawyers wear black coat and gown and then sweat in a hot courtroom?

Why do doctors wear white coats?

When is the best time to start all over again?

What am I working for?

Why do I work hard and then spend harder?

Why do I earn more if it means I have to pay more taxes?

When can I have the courage to say "I dont want to vote for any of these candidates"?

What am I doing in life?

Who said this is wrong?

Who am I?

A Hartal...or a holiday?

Kerala has a unique phenomenon. Political solutions are sought to be solved at the gunpoint of HARTALS.  With the CPM in the opposition saddle, hartals are going to be a common factor for the next few years. And the cost of a hartal is more than what you would save from it.

Keralites have a unique phenomenon.  A Hartal is seen as a holiday. "Hurray, its hartal tomorrow. Let's buy chicken and a bottle of rum and celebrate".

When do we be bold enoughto say that nothing stops us from doing what we want to do.

I for one am an admirer of Gandhian Mr. Mammen who literally kicked the facade off the horror of hartals.

Do consider, "Are you anywhere, anytime a person with a solution or are you always a part of the problem?".  Imagine the pathetic loss of millions on each day that this economy goes to sleep on a hartal.

And do ponder this too. "Has any hartal till date been able to be a permanent solution that stopped the rising prices of petrol?" If these politicians are mimicking Gandhian styles of Hartal, then why dont they copy Gandhiji's style and abstain from the use of Petrol altogether at least in their own cars.

ARE YOU SUPPORTING THE CAUSE OF THE HIKE IN FUEL PRICES OR ARE YOU SUPPORTING YOUR HOLIDAY????
